often the share price for a minnow mining stock like PEN will be overvalued till the first quarterly report comes out after production with the ability to use concrete figures.
i.e. no more guessing and hype - as educated as they may be.
share price may 'readjust' to fair value after the first production quarterly. many take the op to sell out and buy back in at lower price or to sell out all together.
