"Nuclear is categorised as clean energy all over the world " yes, based on carbon emmissions. But the problem of life destroying waste which lasts for thousands of years needs to be solved before it is "clean" n all respects.
Meanwhile, there are all round clean technologies which are actually cheaper - such as geothermal. (Neuclear is only viable with huge govement subsidies - I would prefer see the money put elsewhere.)
