mumof3 - I dont have the answers you seek, however im sure if you are after some speculative/opinions then im sure there are people on PRR who will be happy to give this to you.
Be carefull, as im sure you know. as opinions are like a certain part of our body...everyone has one. You are better off doing your research and coming to your own conclusion, this way you have nobody else other than your self to thank/blame ;)
As a side, its disappointing to not see anyone respond to your question as yet, i dont hold a position, but am a constant watcher of PRR, i cant justify a position as yet. surely there are some PRR believers/disbelievers who can bring some discussion to the board, PRR has been VERY quite for the last few weeks.
What ever came of the few public speaking/presentation opportunities that have come and gone?
