producers will reduce supply to keep price around the 80 to 100 range, it is not in thier interest to see it too high or too low.
Opec said probably two weeks ago that oil was going to be 170 to 200 by november. Now they are saying 70 to 80??? Don't think too hard about it, there are always price spruikers that have future vision.
