i certainly agree with the idea that announcing to all and sundry (particulary competitors) great u find would be totally stupid pre licence grant, however, how does this stand with regards to 'continuous disclosure'? if they have held the results (which unless they are the slowest lab on earth, they would have to have by now) until a more pertinent time?
