andy....if you go back and read the pen ann. they have given an earnings projection,from memory its NPAT of around 11mill. by the time it actually comes into production , around 40mill. for mine development, and all other cap. raising along the way,pen will be on a mrkt. cap of around 80mill+ being conservative , they are already near 30mill, and more then 2yrs from production , in the previous bull mrkt. you may have seen 10-15c , in a more stable and astute mrkt. cant see her getting past 8c , and not for a while , better gains else where , just my opinion of things
