Absolutely correct. MOU’s are a discussion, binding agreements are another level. I would look to market shifts in response to future MOU signatories (of previous MOU holders) being a succession step for JV’s in those countries. If you see the UAE or Vivienda come back to the table to extend then it’s very positive
