that’s nothing extraordinary however, of course a company like CRH is going to keep a fail safe option if things go south, this is only natural in any business dealing. who would pay $2 million dollars and just back out the last second… if they leave out the option to pull out, that would be naive, but from what I’m seeing, they want things to work out and have set clear milestones to achieve in order to have a JV negotiation.
Also, why would the FBR team go through all that hassle e.g. get a facility in Florida, showcase their testing to CRH if they felt it would only amount to the sale of 1 HX… there’s bigger things coming, I’m not on ‘hopium’ at the moment, but it makes no sense to be negative when you’ve got a company with 100x more brains than us all put together (CRH) giving FBR a shot. They wouldn’t even think about it without conducting their due diligence. Have a think bout it my bros
