All BHP employees from the very top down believe that the merger will go through.
Marius and Don wouldn't be going ahead with it if they didn't believe that the merger will go through.
What international competition commissions believe is a different thing all together. But BHP would have a good idea of the outcomes of these reviews, even before they lodged the t/o attempt.
