Yes, I've read it too, and all Your estimates are right.
But do not forget, it is a "long way to Tipperary"!

We Shareholders know that the Bundock people brought into LIN an excellent Asset, a world class asset. The most important question would be, "How will management develop these resources? Can they clear away all stones on the road of success? And there are a lot of hurdles which might come up - even those for which the management is not responsible! (North Korea, Israel - Iran, Pakistan Elections in USA and so on...)
But basically I'm optimist!

Very often there are excellent assets but a non Shareholder Value Management. I've a lot of confidence in this management and hope, that I'll be right.
