It's interesting to see that Morningstar has given ST1 a current fair value of double the current SP. From their chart, the SP started to significantly deviate from their "fair value" about 6 months ago. The disparity is growing larger with time. Seems like either MS have it wrong, or the market has it wrong. One outcome could be that ST1 will re-rate upwards at some point in the near future.
