Yes, I guess I am a Soph. I mainly deal in the top 200 but have a % in the mid-small cap mkt. Others include LIS, CBL, DW8 and WZR. I dont know too much about the 60M shares at 12-13 cents. Were they for acquisitions? If so I wondered about the earn out strategy. Is this the consequence?
