People wanting organic growth in Australian IT services can expect 20% compound and 14% EBITDA. If you want a unicorn inside 5 years, it has to be done by acquistion and solid M&A skills.
Note that I stipulate IT services....you can smash out a ton of revenue quickly in software if you have the right product or you might list a compnay based on a single government contract win but in the bread and butter business of mid-tier enterprise IT services,it woudl be very unusual.
