good annual report but fully priced

This stock released a damn good report on Monday, I feel sorry for all the people that missed this stock as unfortunately it appears fully priced at current prices.

Number 5 almond grower in the world, number 1 in Australia. Once again the company has forecast over 10% profit increase for the current financial year.

What is it with this company? Every year they forecast a 10% increase in profits and every year they blitz that forecast. I suppose that is why their share price has increased so much in recent years.

I remember when I first bought this stock and the woman at the share registry laughed at me because I wanted to give them my tax file number. At that stage they hadn't paid dividends in some years.

Check out the free cash flow for this company. Based on the market cap and profitability I am surprised that this company is only represented in the All Ords indice and no others.

If it gets added to any other indices then I think this company's share price will increase even further. It has a p/e ration of about 15 or 16 based on current price and expected eps for 2004.

Although if the company's estimate of the USA and Spanish crops for this year hold true then the almond price should jump considerably and would likely stay high over the next few years due to the maturity level of USA almond trees.
