Agreed drdan, but Elpus I feel is also correct. Prices wont come down much unless supply (particularly land) goes up. This may come from increasing outer urban developments or converting inner suburb single residencies into medium density apartments.
But I dont think our goverments (fed, state or local) are going to seriously change their mindset soon.
