I hope not Steve.
I personally hope Nvidia give up on it's plans for this acquisition in the face of increasing regulatory problems that are stacking up.
I hear this acquisition is more like $75B currently. If it goes ahead, it'll be the biggest in semiconductor acquisition history.
Right now Nvidia already has a strangle hold on the whole global landscape of GPU's in motor cars and data centers. Two much power in this space.
Many industry experts worry that a Nvidia purchase from Softbank will bring to an end ARM's open licensing model.

“The FTC is suing to block the largest semiconductor chip merger in history to prevent a chip conglomerate from stifling the innovation pipeline for next-generation technologies,” said Holly Vedova, bureau of competition director at the FTC.“This proposed deal would distort Arm’s incentives in chip markets and allow the combined firm to unfairly undermine Nvidia’s rivals.”

I certainly don't see any positives in this acquisition for BrainChip.
So I'm sitting here, pop corn in hand, watching and hoping this turns into a slow motion train wreck for Nvidia.
