No disrespect Mr. H, your frustration is well known, but it might be worth cooling it on the blow-by-blow commentary if you want people to keep you unmuted and your voice heard when it matters.
You have earlier said that you don't think there are any more price catalysts, but if that was the case the SP would look quite different. As it stands the economics look good, but until the first dirt is through the mill and sold at a premium then risk will remain, and the company will be priced accordingly.
