Fully diluted M/Cap of around $70m is not an issue, would expect this to go to around $200m after a few months of production.
The majority of the options and performance shares are held by management and industry participants who I suspect would not shoot themselves in the foot and sell early. What I am seeking is mostly traders flipping shares to make beer money.
