This is the sort of situation where the smart money buys the dip.

Who knows what Colemans personal circumstances are ? Someone in his position is hardly going to dump a pile of shares (with inside information) prior to some sort of negative announcement. He would come under immediate investigation.....and as many posters have said....he has a history of doing this irrespective of whether the WPL share price is rising or falling or high or low.

As a matter of fact as CEO, should he need the money for personal circumstances ( and tax liabilities are a believable one for someone of his wealth) he would need to be especially careful about the timing of a sale of a relatively large parcel of shares. He would want to be sure that there is in fact no bad news coming - that the waters are calm.

Perversely, therefore, you could argue that the timing of this is a positive - that the shares have formed a solid base for many months and with that being the case and no particular news on the horizon there’s no better time for a CEO to offload a large parcel of shares ( ie in the least ‘fishy’ circumstances possible)

A knee jerk over reaction by the market today that might take a couple of days to shake out - nothing has changed imo - still a medium to long term COVID recovery play - anywhere under $20 great buying.
