One other thing I am monitoring with WTP is the buy versus sell within 5c of the last sale price. Today is the first time this split has been even since I started monitoring it a bit over a week ago, and it is a bad day (on the market).

How I interpret this, is that buyers are keen to make an offer on bad days, as they think they may pick it up. Seller are not interested in selling out, and want to wait for better days to sell.

There will be support for the SP from here I think, and it will gradually build with some noise moving the price around, but the underpinnings of a move upwards happening right now.
