    ...first in, best dressed, and established always has a HUGE market advantage. Once there,others are usually playing CATCH-UP which is a harder gig. Continued R&D is what keeps front-runners ahead. Hopefully WS is a "Steven Jobs" in the Rig-building market....LEE[anyone seen nsw2206?]
