actually works.

go into a room with zero air movement and light a candle.

sit with your legs crossed and plams up on knees.

look into the centre of the flame and reflect on how calm the flame is and breath deeply through your nose and gently out through your mouth.

whilst doing this dont take yours eyes of the perfectly still/calm flame and you will find after a few trys you will have been in that position in a completely relaxed state and a thousand things would have gone through your mind of which all of the important or testing obsticles will have been given answers by yourself.

its brilliant give it a go.

you will feel you have been sitting at the candle for a few minutes but it will actually be anywhere from 20-60 mins depending how many times you have done it.

i bought VOR this way so lets see how it goes...i must say i bought as a high risk though but feel good about it.
