    Big facts.

You seem to think that their next drill being an exploration only drill "means something". You might not have been aware of this, but the market has been aware of them being "exploration only" drills for about two years now since the phase one drilling details were announced.
They have stressed repeatedly over the years they don't expect flows from their phase one drilling, only exploratory coring. They haven't put anything on any backburners. Their drill died, they've taken forever to find a new one and now it's more cost effective to drill two at once next year as their sites are completely different to Buru's. I don't think anyone thought they were going to be drilling at all this year. Sam came out and basically said it was unlikely months and months ago.

There are reasons to be on the sidelines with BRU (mostly to do with waiting for a confirmed uptrend/forward progress before gearing in instead of DCA), What NSE has to say in this context couldn't be more irrelevant and isn't one of them.

Why would NSE even need to frack? You only frack after you've found a potential resource. They've stated they might frack the year after they finish phase one drilling depending on the results (ie if there is something to frack), or the year after that. So basically we know they'll be fracking in 2015-2016 if they find something.
