Re the announcements. If I were PIE and I got the original notification from TNZ, the first thing i would of asked is what's our future look like and what are we dong with the trial.

TNZ would of come back with one of 3 responses:

1: stick it
2: we like it and will continue the trial
3: not sure, give us another 2 days to decide

If it was 1, then it would of needed to be announced with 1st announcement.

If 2, again it should of been announced with 1st announcement.

If 3, then the securities should of remained suspended until they were advised.

Re-Directors buying. We should now be in a window of the TNZ deal (or no deal)where there are no material items
being worked on. So it should not stop them buying, unless of course they are working on another deal. But by the way the SP is going I doubt it.

BTW, the company owes me nothing and I still hold. I'm just pointing out some facts.
