As stated by hopper at the EGM they will be creating value from existing assets/partnerships before the acquisition. So hopefully worth more then now and not valued as just a shell company.
What current product is anyone’s guess.
Zolpi deal?
Strides update?
Sanofi partnership? (due March)
Cannabinoid update/deal on current partnerships?
Who knows but I’d be very disappointed as a LTH if they didn’t try get something substantial out before an acquisition.
