Like the PEK'ers have already told you, have a read through some backposts on HC and some ALK announcements, plenty of meaty reading.
You may also want to read some NTU, ARU and GGG threads.
Rod178 has recently posted a few good links, cannot remember if they were in the ALK threads or ARU.
