Ken Talbots U.S Attorney sold Ken Talbots holding in SDL so as to meet around $300 Million from Ken's estate to pay to charities as Ken had willed. Ken's Family had No say in it.

Just trying to protect the Talbot Family.

Ken's holding company had other assets in mining, but only SDL had enough worth to pay the cash to the Charities.
