I bring to your attention that in spite of all the bravado of China and the Big players, SDL actually spending money in Cameroon in this region at present.
BHP and RIO going to do this and that but at present nothing?
China going to this and that and at present nothing.
IMO, opinion the English and French private schooled ministers in Cameroon would realise this.
Lets hope that the Government Ministers realise that the fastest way to get an IO industry up and running in Cameroon is to back Camiron and their interest in same fully and grant a lease or two, close to the proposed port too Camiron.
