    Hi klob25.

    Where did you get your information about the funding for the Rail being approved? First I have heard about it.
    A MOU was signed with the Chinese for Port and Rail. No funding was agreed on. That would be 3 to 4 years ago I believe.

    The funding for Port and Rail is one of the things they are into at present. Should here about it in the next 6 months.
