Very good point.The point that you make also goes to the heart of the valuation of NXS not only with LT but also with CRUX & E/S.There are too many people here with very quick calculators but with very little understanding of oil & gas deposits, there geology and continued development.
I am not a petroleum geologist or reserve manager, so I would appreciate some input from some if they can, but I do know enough to know , that reserves are actively managed and developed and upgraded on a very regular basis. Hence, the low ball estimates on CRUX and E/S are purely just that, low ball. The opening gambit. The first bid.
