Thanks for pointing out SFr's close price.
Some months ago I thought and posted that OZL shouldn't go near SFR for any price above $6. It is now below that mark although OZL would have to offer a premium for a the takeover price, and I am sure it would be a hostile takeover.
So what price to offer? probably north of $6.50
Does OZL have the stomach for a fight eg hostile takeover?
I would probably wait to see if the price will drop a bit further so they can offer a price of $6 to at least take a larger or controlling stake.
OZl may in the interim try for a large stake anyway just buying on market, but my understanding is that they would have to declare any intention to raise their stake in SFR.
Your thoughts?
