We may not see drill for a couple of years & the future price of oil should be taken into account when negotiating the deal/s.
I think .. I have been holding for ~4 years now (it's been so long I can't remember)
They are running late with Senegal and that is a fact, so it's good to keep some pressure on I would assume even though they are trying to do the right thing.
