Dponniah, the publication 'Bioshares', for which I have a lot of respect, only just had an article on ACL in their July issue this year & they indicated then that from the information provided so far from the FDA approval could be expected by early September. Now of course that has not eventuated but be assured there was no indication given in the article of anything to be concerned about, it is simply in the hands of the FDA. The article did explain that the timeline for FDA approvals had increased substantially as a result of a probable "surge in low cost generic manufacturers coming from India & China (and the added extra time required to evaluate those manufacturing sites) & an increase in the number of drugs coming off patent".
I therefore suggest you ignore any conspiracy theories.
