Seems like ther is a long way to go.If copanies can renege( as the Chinese have) on agreements then this sort or thing can also happen with the others in the developing world ( with any excuse will do)which plt has most of its dealings with.
This is a matter of concern.Same kind of thing happened with Shougang( ady) as gogreen well remembers.
