I wasn't seriously considering a take over, but I am now.
I'm guessing whoever it is, is mainly after the lithium and they have already had preliminary talks with TG and TO.
The can buy on market now cheaper than what their bid will be and get free MI6 shares, so why wouldn't they.
At some point they will have to declare and make a formal bid, but I suspect that might come soon after the demerger. Maybe instead of a TO of LTR, it is just a straight sale of KV and we still get to keep Buldania?
If not the above, then maybe some funds are getting in early before ASX 300 entry?
You know you are going well your accountant calls you during the day to update you on the share price. Unbelievable times.
