Yes, Ingenia (INA) is quite popular as I have seen in articles and forums and has been listed on ASX for much longer than GTY. I got attracted to the GTY's impressive growth with it's rental portfolio during my research. Have to watch it's progress now that I have bought into it as companies sometimes try to grow too fast!
