The management don't seem to care about sp coz
1) the company is now in strong cash position - it can sustain at least 2 years without cr at its current cashburn rate
2) they are confident of the future and trust Mr market - any product of its deep pipeline can make the company so the odd is quite good
3) below 0.7c would be an opportunity for some confident buyers to gobble in - one or more relevant specific stakeholders may take advantage of the bargain basement price getting enough cheap shares/chips from those desperate and scared
