To replace lithium maybe one day but you only need to look at the build up of battery plants around the world being set up to use lithium, they are playing around with all sorts of things the only real thing they have come up with is a better lithium battery, I would be very surprised if it does happen, when you consider also miners are talking about 15 to 20 year mine life with known reserves , don't worry about the uneducated your investment is very safe. In my opinion at least.
