There is a point being overlooked here,and that is the end users capacity to pay for phosphate.It is a major input for the farming sector (obviously) and with fuel prices spiralling along with chemicals the price farmers will need to get for their product .....and thus....what it will cost the consumer.... will be prohibitive.It is not just blue sky,there are limiting factors.Even now farmers are trying to cut down on inputs to keep farms viable,they're robbing Peter to pay Paul and it will come back and bite them on the production bum,but many don't see that they have much choice.
