The FEED and BFS will help to improve the above calculation a lot. Which is why I am way too lazy to go back to the DFS and dig out details that will be out of date soon, anyway ...
As for PE, please note that I assume we already paid back the debt - that means at least 3 years of full production. By that time (5 years from now), risk aversion should be well overcome by greed imO ...
