Totally agree, this particular market is a once in a lifetime oportunity. Buy a few unloved gems hit hardest by the biggest crash in modern times and let them run and ride out the bull run to come.

Trading is great in a normal market environment, and I have been a day trader for many years, and have made nice profits consistantly, but this isnt a normal market and far more money can be made by dropping the trading and become a long term holder of a few of these REITS.

I just laugh when short term traders try to gloat about picking a few cents swings here and there knowing how much money they are going to miss out on when these stocks decide it's hammer time.
