You know what would have been a really good move by FAR within the 30 days from announcement (probably wasn't possible as one would assume a good lawyer would have suggested it otherwise) .... An announcement of there own saying 'subject to the $380M (plus $50Mil contingent) being the full consideration without any further liabilities on behalf the entity being acquired etc etc then we are Pre-empting' ..... would have taken away the whole risk that they have missed their 30 days as that would have been notice and it would have put COP on the back foot to fully disclose any other components of the deal or lose out...... just musing aloud.
You know what would have been a really good move by FAR within...
