I am just praying that they do have someone to finance this and it is just not a witch hunt
concerning the low cost per barrel, untidy paperwork etc etc, which has put FAR`s noses out of joint.
There will always be a bit of pessimistic in me as I always remember saying this exactly on this forum,
it would not take 3 months for Shell to say No, ``Yes``may take 3 months .....but a NO does not.
So I will always have that `here we go again` in me.
Luckily for everyone, I am never right.
