It was theRB Milestone report that was catalyst for tripling SP.
We know many newsletters have come across this and recommend it in the past.
IMO they are watching milestones very carefully.
IMO there will be a race as to who recommends it before the next re rate.
This is like a spring in its most tightened position IMO.
