this has shades of ESG...if there are any old ESGers here they will remember how the sp was systematically taken down from $1.1 to sub 60c before the "generous" 50% excess offer in terms of a takeover @ 90c or so...

Unfortunately, we could do nothing but "rejoice" at the massively "generous" offer !!!

if this is being primed for a takeover, it won't be the first time that the sp is being manipulated below its intrinsic value to make a 40-50% above 30 day VWAP look very inviting...

Not much sense left in the markets anyways...everything moves at the mercy of big players...soon retail investors will be a thing of the past...the retail investors will probably be invested in big companies via their Super funds only...just MHO...
