As long as there is no more news about failure I think it should float above 30 cents until good news arrives. Hard to say which will come first. It would be satisfying if NXS at least moved up with good news/results/Dow/Oil price in the market as a whole but it doesn't seem to respond. It's as if its in a coma and needs a shock with the defribulator... STAT!!! :)
