Once NXS beomces a producer does this not change its status? the answer is obviously yes, but wht Im getting at is would this change warrant Standard and Poors to add NXS to further index's

If this where the case, any fund that mirrored that index would be forced to buy as my understanding is funds that mirror certain index's must hold an allocation of all the stocks in that index
