Have you looked at this
In Jan 2013-May 2013 the Longtom facility was suspended due to an electical
fault that was traced back to the Santos operations.
In nexus quarterly report dated 30/6/13 it was stated
"The Longtom agreement provides remedies inrespect of production system outages.Following the end of 2013FY processes in respect of available remedies are being initiated."
Nexus quarterly report dated 30/9/2013 stated
"As previously reported the Longtom GSA provides remedies in respect of production system outages.Nexus initiated discussions with Santos in relation to the production outage during FY 2013 and these are continueing."
It was mentioned again in the quaterly dated 31/12/13.
No mention of it in 31/3/2014 quarterly and it seems it has sunk without a trace. Can you see if there was ever any money received by Nexus or is this matter still outstanding.
