I don't think it has been factored in to the price as yet, the 52-week low for NXS is .26 cents. I think it's an issue of trust (based on previous management performance) and an accumulator pinning back the price until it's good an ready to fly on their terms. As stated before I saw the price falter (mildly) over the last day on relatively low volumes.
