loobs... brilliance or illegal??

Loobs I must say some of your posts are outstanding however your last thread was a disgrace! I do not understand how you could advise people to do these "dirty tricks" such as paying cash to the agent or even going to the door and trying to get the people to sell without using the agent. I mean cmon do you want society to go this way?? As you suggested I did the technique of a low ball offer which has now affected me more than you can sleep. My partner stayed at her friends house last nite and refuses to deal with me unless I apologise to the agent and put a proper offer in! Any suggestions? I am not going to give in so the missus may be gone! Thanks Loobs
